Practice Manager, Licensed Aesthetician

As the Practice Manager and a Licensed Aesthetician at Sylk Aesthetic Collective, Ryede brings over five years of industry experience. Her journey began as a patient coordinator, where she discovered a passion for helping people feel like the best versions of themselves.

  • Driven to deepen her industry knowledge, she successfully earned her aesthetics license in February 2026. While she focuses her talents on leadership rather than performing treatments, Ryede utilizes her clinical background to educate, inspire, and prepare clients for their skin journeys. Warm, knowledgeable, and deeply dedicated, she takes immense pride in guiding patients through what to expect, planning their ideal experiences, and ensuring the clinic delivers exceptional care every single day.

Medical Director

Meg is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in medical and cosmetic services. Her passion led her to specialize solely in medical aesthetics. She has been a nurse since 2013, and transitioned into the aesthetic side a few years later. As advances in non-surgical injectable treatments continue, she regularly attends training courses and seminars to keep abreast of the latest techniques and products and procedures such as training with world-renowned leaders in the industry, Tom Van Eijk, Dr. David Saadat, Sonya Ellis, Emily Rockwell and Tracy Andreason.
