Service Policies

Deposits: All injectable appointments and consultations require a non-refundable deposit. If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to another qualifying appointment (e.g., injectable deposits must be applied toward injectable services). Deposits expire one year from the original appointment date and will be applied at checkout. Deposits may also be used toward any outstanding service balances or fees.
Reservations: Sylk services are available by appointment only. The fastest way to schedule is through our online booking portal. A credit card is required to hold your reservation; however, payment is not due until the time of service.
New Clients: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete your new client forms.
Children: While we love little ones, children are not permitted in the treatment area for safety reasons. Please arrange childcare before your appointment. If a child accompanies you, we reserve the right to reschedule your service.
Payment: We accept cash, Amex, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. We do not accept checks, insurance, HSA payments, or gift cards other than Sylk gift certificates. If a payment is returned, the client is responsible for the remaining balance plus any applicable fees.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you are unable to reach us by phone, written notice via text or email is acceptable.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees: Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be charged a $100 fee.
If payment cannot be processed, deposits on file may be applied toward the fee. Clients with three or more late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future services or risk termination as a client of Slk Aesthetics.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late shortens your treatment time and may result in rescheduling. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be refused service and charged the applicable cancellation fee.

Services: We do not offer refunds for services. However, your satisfaction is important to us - please email hello@slkaesthetics.com with any concerns.

Prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable and valid for one year from the purchase date.
Product Order Policies

All sales are final. Due to the clinical nature of the products we carry and for the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or refunds on any opened, used, or partially used items.
Exchanges: We will only consider exchanges for products that are:
Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact
Returned in person at our Denver location within 14 days of purchase
Accompanied by proof of purchase
We do not offer prepaid return labels or accept mailed returns. All exchanges must be conducted in person.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@sylkaestheticcollective.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by emailing hello@sylkaestheticcollective.com. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates: We currently ship within the United States via UPS.
Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $8
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100
UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air available at carrier rates
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided by UPS and are not guaranteed. SYLK Aesthetic Collective is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. Sylk Aesthetic Collective is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact UPS directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Addresses: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and may be redeemed for treatments and in-person product purchases at Sylk Aesthetic Collective.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with discounts or promotions. They are not eligible for online product purchases; to use a gift card for products without visiting the office, call 720-755-4790 for phone checkout and shipping.
Sylk Aesthetic Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Standard appointment policies apply, and missed or late cancellations may be deducted from the card balance.
